If a class is full, we will notify you by phone or e-mail and you may choose another date, or receive a refund.  Upon receipt of your registration, we will send you a package with your study materials, paperwork and a payment schedule. Once a registration package is sent, your initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to another class.   The balance is due at 90 days prior to the first day of class and at that point in nonrefundable.  Trip insurance is recommended.
