Terry instructs at our basic and intermediate level sailing courses, and holds a USCG Near Coastal Captain's license, with 50 Ton Masters, and Towing endorsements. He is an ASA Sailing Instructor for the first 4 levels of certification. He’s been sailing since the early 70's and owns a Hunter 34 foot sloop, Scotch and Water named after his Scottish Ancestry and the Bay's water. Terry is also an author having published sailing articles in the Chesapeake Bay Magazine.  He presently manages a sailboat charter business and makes boat deliveries when the opportunity presents.
