Bill McClure
is a retired manager from IBM and has been sailing for fifty years... He
sailed one transpacific and five transatlantic crossings, two of them single-handed,
has sailed 54 trips to the Caribbean and has over 150,000 ocean miles.
Bill is also a small boat sailor/racer and is Chief Measurer of the San
Juan 21 Class. He and his wife have been married 40 years & live in
Beaufort, NC. Bill holds a USCG Near Coastal Masters License and teaches
our basic and intermediate level courses..
