~ A Cut Above ~

We received this letter from Marge Knowles who took an ASA101 class with us in July 2008.

~

Hello Rita,
I  want you to know that I had a wonderful experience in the 101 class.   Greg is an excellent, patient, and good-humored instructor.  I  even docked the boat in the afternoon of the first day.  So many things  have come together for me and I feel really good about being on the boat!   Excessive heeling still creates a bit of anxiety, but experience will  help that.  I am looking forward to the 103 class.  I probably  won't be able to take it combined with 104 in January or so, but I'll do it!     A number of us in the class are planning to take the  Coastal Nav, 105 course, in March.   Guess I better brush up my  trig skills and bring a calculator!  [I assume I will need  those.]

Take care.  Enjoy your summer.  Happy trails to you. Happy sails to me!
Marge Knowles
