Alberto Ramirez, who took our ASA103 Basic Coastal Course in August 2015, sent the following note:

Hi Rita

I'd like to comment that the ASA103 was another wonderful, enjoyable learning experience. Captain Norwood is an excellent, experienced sailing Instructor with great humor, patience, and knowledge. As with the ASA101 course, this one makes me come back to the School for more courses and certifications. The fact that two of my classmates came to Maryland from Texas and Colorado speaks volumes for the reputation and quality of instruction at the Maryland School of Sailing. I'm looking forward to taking the next ASA certifications as soon as my current commitments allow it.  Thank you very much for all the information, orientation, and wonderful customer service.
