The ASA 107 Celestial Navigation written materials and the on-line references were all well prepared and the information was internally consistent and aligned with the presentations during the course. Rita’s “pre work” with the class participants ensured that the webinar aspects of the on-line course performed seamlessly - this was particularly well done!

Captain Tom’s style was a great one - He stayed on point through the discussions. He encouraged questions and feedback and dealt with every question with genuine interest to understand the student’s points and provided very clear and succinct answers and feedback in a very respectful manner.  Every portion of the classroom presentation was well planned and clearly followed an overall approach of building the student’s knowledge of the materials along the way. I think Captain Tom balanced theory with practical applications superbly.

All communications were timely, coordinated and effective. This includes pre-work, real-time interventions, and rigorous follow up. I can’t say enough about the way Rita manages this aspect of the courses for Maryland School. It is impressive and greatly adds to the overall quality of the School’s offerings. Well done!!

Thanks to Captain Tom for his teaching and to Rita for helping bring his knowledge to the students!!
