~ A Cut Above ~

We received this letter from Michael Rudd who took an ASA101 course with us in July 2008.

While I typically do not write feedback letters, I wanted to send you a short note and let you know how pleased I was with my recently completed ASA101 experience.

The marina amenities, the level of organization and the condition of the boats all exceeded my expectations.

Most importantly, the quality of the instruction was outstanding.   My instructor, Gregg Scheiferstein, was personable, approachable, knowledgeable and made learning a pleasure.  I can't say enough positive things about how enjoyable Gregg made the experience.   The other instructor, David Appleton, was similarly a pleasure to work with and was obviously a very experienced sailor.  Both of these folks made learning fun.

I would highly recommend the Maryland School to anyone interested in learning to sail and I am looking forward to taking future courses with you.
