~ A Cut Above ~

The ASA 105 On-line course was a great course taught by an excellent instructor. I would highly recommend the course to anyone who is going to attempt coastal and open-water cruising. I would also highly recommend the online course over the self-study course due to the difficult nature of some of the course information.  I highly recommend taking this course with Tom Tursi due to his in-depth treatment of some of the more difficult concepts.  Rita Hanson was very helpful in all arrangements and preparations for this course.  I have no suggestions on how to improve this course other than to stress the importance of active student participation.
