Rosamond Witte

Rosamond (Rose) Witte is a "Lady of the Sea." She has over 150,000 sea miles in various yachts from small cruisers to the 70 foot Schooner PIONEER and the 90 foot Schooner OCEAN STAR which she skippered for two years on various offshore cruises from New England to Bermuda and the Caribbean. Rose holds a 200 ton USCG Ocean Master's License and ASA Instructor Certs. She has excellent skills in yacht maintenance and repair, celestial and electronic navigation, crew organization and management, and teaching. Rose teaches at our intermediate and ocean level including our DELMARVA circumnavigation cruises and our Norfolk to St. Thomas ocean training cruises.
