This was an Advanced Coastal Training Cruise around the DELMARVA peninsula conducted on June 18-25, 1999 aboard AVISE LA FIN, an Island Packet 37 foot sailing yacht. Crew included Captain Bill McClure from North Carolina, Percy Montague from Virginia, Fred Topel from Pennsylvania, Ben Thrush from West Virginia, and Ralph & Dawn Bibbus from from Pennsylvania. |
